1. Object
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions, updated January 2026, together with the Order Form and any other documents referred to therein, govern the terms and conditions under which the Online Shop Service is offered by APRT3 WINES (Grapeart, Lda), with its registered office at Rua Doutor Leite Lage, No 4-A, 17o, 2825-353 Costa da Caparica, with company number 515093408 and share capital of €4.000,00, contact +351 918498087, vinhosaparte@gmail.com, here in after referred to as APRT3 WINES.
1.2. The purchase of any product from APRT3 WINES’s online shop implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
1.3. All alcoholic beverages offered for sale in our online shop may only be purchased by persons who are of legal age in their respective countries.
2. Product Information, Prices and Contents
2.1. APRT3 WINES reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, the information and commercial offer on products, prices, sales, commercial conditions and services.
2.2. The images illustrating each product in APRT3 WINES may differ from the product delivered; products may also be out of stock.
2.3. In accordance with Portuguese legislation, all prices displayed include VAT, unless otherwise stated. For resellers only, prices are shown without VAT and clearly indicated as “Sem IVA” (without VAT).
3. Order and Payment
3.1. After confirming an order placed on APRT3.COM, an email will be sent to the registered contact with all delivery, invoicing, payment, product and pricing information. Customers are advised to verify all details.
If the confirmation email is not received, customers should contact APRT3 WINES via the available contacts so the notification can be resent.
3.2. If any information provided is incorrect and/or changes are required before shipment, customers must contact APRT3 WINES as soon as possible.
3.3. If an order cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part, APRT3 WINES will contact the customer to find a mutually acceptable solution.
3.4. Orders have a maximum payment period of 24 hours, after which they will be automatically cancelled.
3.5. Orders may be cancelled before shipment by express request. After shipment, customers must contact APRT3 WINES to attempt to reach a suitable solution.
3.6. The following payment methods are accepted:
- Multibanco Reference
- MB Way (Portugal only)
- Credit Card
- PayPal
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
3.7. Order status stages are as follows:
- Pending – Awaiting payment confirmation
- Processing – Payment received
- Payment Review – Payment under analysis
- On Hold – Awaiting additional customer confirmation (exceptional cases)
- Processing – Order being prepared and packed
- Completed – Order shipped
3.8. Payments are accepted in euros. Any currency conversion fees are borne by the customer.
3.9. Customer service may request additional documentation in specific situations.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1. Shipping costs depend on order weight and destination. These costs can be simulated in the shopping cart and are calculated automatically at checkout. Shipping conditions may change without prior notice.
5. Shipping and Deliveries
5.1. Customers should select National Shipping (Portugal) or International Shipping (other countries).
5.2. Delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute a contractual obligation:
- Mainland Portugal: approx. 72 working hours
- Madeira and Azores: approx. 15 working days
- Spain: 4–7 working days
- Other European countries: 6–9 working days
- Other countries: approx. 20 working days
Delivery times apply from dispatch date and may be affected by external factors such as incorrect addresses, strikes or weather conditions.
5.3. Customers must ensure availability to receive deliveries between 9:00 and 19:00. Delivery times cannot be scheduled.
5.4. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in return of the order and additional costs. Address changes are not possible after order registration.
5.5. A second delivery attempt will be made free of charge. After the third attempt, additional costs may apply.
5.6. Shipment tracking details will be provided via email and/or customer account.
5.7. Customers must monitor shipment status via the tracking link provided.
5.8. Damaged goods must be returned immediately to the carrier and reported to APRT3 WINES.
5.9. Any post-delivery issues must be reported by email to vinhosaparte@gmail.com, with order details and photos.
5.10. APRT3 WINES is not responsible for shipments to countries where alcohol import is prohibited. Customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
6.1. Customers have the right to cancel the contract and return products within 30 days, in accordance with Portuguese law as described in Legislative Decree No. 109-G/2021 and Decree 84/2021 of 10 December 2021.
6.2. Refunds or replacements require contact via vinhosaparte@gmail.com,subject to:
- Products returned in perfect condition with original packaging and proof of purchase;
- Defective products accepted with shipping costs covered by APRT3 WINES;
- Refunds issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6.3. Confirmed manufacturing defects will be refunded or replaced at no cost to the customer.
6.4. Used or altered products are not accepted.
6.5. APRT3 WINES is not responsible for defects caused by misuse, negligence or force majeure.
7. Applicable Law
7.1. All purchases are governed by Portuguese law and disputes shall be submitted to Portuguese courts.
7.2. Customers located outside mainland Portugal agree that disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Portuguese courts.

8. Force Majeure
8.1. APRT3 WINES shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay results from a force majeure event.
8.2. For the purposes of this clause, a force majeure event means any event beyond the reasonable control of APRT3 WINES, including, but not limited to, fires, floods, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, labour disputes, power failures, failures of telecommunications or information systems, governmental acts, legal restrictions, delays or failures of carriers or transport providers, war, riots, or any other unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances.
8.3. In the event of a force majeure occurrence, the obligations of APRT3 WINES shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
8.4. If the force majeure event continues for a period exceeding 60 days, either party may terminate the contract without liability for compensation.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All content present on this website, including but not limited to text, images, photographs, illustrations, graphic design, logos, trademarks, trade names, labels, videos, files, layout, structure, and software, is the exclusive property of APRT3 Wines or is used with authorization from the respective rights holders, and is protected by copyright, industrial property rights, and applicable legislation.
9.2. Any reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, transmission, reuse, publication, or any other form of use, in whole or in part, of the content of this website, without the prior, express, and written authorization of APRT3 Wines, is strictly prohibited.
9.3. Access to and use of this website does not grant the user any intellectual property rights over the content made available.
9.4. Any unauthorized use may constitute a violation of applicable law and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.
These General Terms and Conditions of Online Sale may be amended without prior notice and should therefore be consulted before placing any order.
