Even though we’re often criticized for not making wine exclusively from our vineyard, we know we’re doing the right thing.
Our wines are crafted in limited quantities, using minimal intervention techniques during our travels from north to south in search of the most distinctive grapes from each place we visit.
In the meantime, we continue to explore the remarkable corners of this country, but we have now a small plot to fully care and call it ours!
